Our customized Greece itineraries introduce travelers to another side of Greece, where life often seems untouched by the outside world.  We stay in small country inns and guesthouses, dine in local tavernas and visit sites the large tour buses tend to avoid.  We visit wineries and olive oil producers, cheese makers and sheep herders. We take leisurely walks through the hillsides, perhaps gathering wild herbs or mountain tea and visit with beekeepers to learn about Greece’s other gold, the vanilla honey harvested only in one special place in Greece.
