When you book your accommodations with us, we are welcoming you into our own home away from home in Basil’s city of birth and Carole’s adopted city.

Our goal is for you to feel at home in our homes, and because we actually stay several times a year in each of our homes, you’ll find that they provide all the comforts of a well furnished North American home.  You might find it odd that someone like me, a big advocate for experiencing Greece’s culture, would be so obsessed with providing accommodations that are designed to mimic the creature comforts of home.  In reality, we’ve found over the years that our guests are much more open to discovering  Greece when they truly feel comfortable. And that comfort starts with a good night’s rest, a place to relax with friends or family, the ability to stay in touch with those back home and in the office and the security of knowing they have a friend in town.

From the beginning our goal was and still is to share with our guests our own love of Greece: Whether its by sharing directions to a charming, hidden away taverna or by encouraging a visit to the neighborhood farmer’s market or bakery. But let’s face it, in a foreign country where things looks and feel different, being able to depend on certain comforts makes travel just that much easier.
